A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a researcher to join a property developers firm based in Central London. This is an Internet research role for the Capital Allowances Department who investigates tax breaks. The role is heavily administration based, which will include maintaining databases and spreadsheets, ad-hoc project work, filing, photocopying, dealing with all enquiries via e-mail, fax, telephone and any other support needed for the department.
The successful candidate must be adaptable, bright, enthusiastic, have the ability to pick things up quickly with an upbeat friendly personality.
You must be of a graduate level with at least 1 year of administration experience, with a good knowledge of Microsoft packages and a pro-active approach. An understanding of the property industry would be an advantage but is not essential.
